WATERS EDGE

Waters Edge is a high end residential apartment building on the Detroit River and Riverwalk. It Is located within the Harbortown development. The challenge of this design concept was to combine modern architectural elements with a more traditional turn of the century look, almost as if there were an existing warehouse with a new modern structure to cradle it. Every unit has a balcony with stunning views of the river as well as the Windsor shoreline. The interiors are simple yet classic, incorporating mid tone hard finishes, allowing for the tenant to customize each unit with a color pallet of their own.

For this project we were responsible for the design intent, renderings and interior design working in partnership with AF Jonna and Co., Siegal/ Toumaala Associates Architects and Planners, Inc. (the architect of record), as well as Triton Investments.
